seriously, this actually happens to me a lot when people find out i like twilight. I. AM. NOT. AN .OBSESSED . TWI-TWIT! i am a rare and dying breed that just likes it. i am FULLY aware that it is straight fiction and edward does not actually walk this earth! and i'm cool with Twilight non-fans and i can take a couple jokes about it because i can admit it is a little silly sometimes and that the 4th book really kinda sucked (and that the movie sucked giant fat donkey ass) just don't lump me with the stupid rabid fangirls. and one thing i don't understand a lot of the haters, is that once they get started, they can't shut up! and they draw all this hate art and do flame forums, and i'm just like "DUDE! why do you put SO MUCH effort into hating the shit out of Twilight!? i mean if you don't like it fine! just don't bother with it and forget it exists! that's what i do when i don't like something. don't fill the world with more hate and dump on the people that enjoy Twilight. stop wasting all this time and energy for something you hate, and do something constructive! it's just a book, it's really not worth getting all worked up over!" gawd!
